Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Yellow Dress Boutique! If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange up to 14 days from original purchase. A store credit or exchange will be issued. Items exchanged must have original tag attached, smoke free, cannot be worn or damaged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Once the tags have been clipped we are no longer responsible for what happens to your item. This includes how you wash your item.

Sale items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, or exchanged. ALL SALES FINAL

Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
